Owlie and the Fairy Moth

This illustration is a part of the children book about "The Bat that Was Afraid of the Dark". The main character Ikou the bat meets this funny little owlet.

The illustration had been sketched for over a year but I got to paint it in the last month in moments when I was about to go crazy from studying for final and state exams (I had two fields of study so everything was doubled >.< ). But now I have passed everything and finally can paint without worries again
