MyntKat has been hosting Costumery Week :excited: all this week at deviantART.

I'm super excited about this because even though I know almost nothing about making costumes, I am going to provide you with insights about costume design by featuring deviant tutorials!

If you love costumes, this article will hopefully be a great resource to provide you with...
  • TUTORIALS that will answer all of your costumery questions
  • Links to ARTICLES that feature even more costuming info
  • Some fabulous features of COMPLETED COSTUMES
  • Art GROUPS that specialize in costumes
(I feel I should mention that none of the articles or features below are in chronological order. Everything is placed by the days that were most appropriate for each link's subject.)

It's Costume Design 101. Class is in session. Get ready to have your costumery mind blown!

Thanks for including my tutorial, it was a nice surprise! (And sorry for my late reply, I've been away for a while!)

I wish I had a sewing machine. I wouldn't do whole costumes but I'd definitely accent my wardrobe a bit, plus turn out knicknacks to the dozens.

Wow... didn't really think my tutotial would be featured anywhere because of the slightly blurry pics (been thinking up updating it with better quality pics). Nonetheless, it is cool to get featured and if my tutorial can help someone then what other thing can I do then wish good luck! :D
Thanks for the feature!
