YES! finally a picture of Bill! yeah, this is the actual actor and yes he has the scars! and long hair! and I believe he is wearing a dragon skin looking vest and leather pants 
this wallpaper would have had a crisper picture of him but I was working from a rather small shot...isn't he awesome looking???
oh and yeah, when I quickly did this last night my roomate and I both agreed it needed a somewhat serious/philosophical quote
I have high hopes for Domhnall Gleeson and I really do think he'll pull it off very well...excuse me while I goskip around gleefully
