We appreciated the responses to our poll, so we've been working hard on some changes to what we do and how we do it.

We've started an Etsy shop at www.fancytogs.etsy.com and it's open for international sales. We're still trying to understand how Etsy works so we've loaded just 8 of our shirts and we'll spend a couple of weeks getting to grips with it before loading the rest. If anybody outside the UK wants a particular shirt just send a note and we'll get it loaded onto Etsy, we can still take UK orders by phone. We're not planning to put the children's sizes on Etsy due to the confusion of all the different international safety regulations and we will focus on just the adult sizes in the Etsy shop.

We also had a mammoth accounting session and went through all our costs and pricing method for the shirts. Only one item went up (spiral wave v-neck), EVERYTHING ELSE IS LESS

Plans for this month:
- we're working on our Mother of the Bride range of Made to Measure. First item is a sample dress and jacket suit for Clare to wear on the stall at Wedding Fairs. We've got the fabric already and there is a new embroidery design that we'll be using with it.
- if we're at wedding fairs we'll need to run off a couple of our new embroidered tablecloth designs as stall samples,
- the big headache at the moment : we've got clearance for international sales from the insurers but we're still trying to understand how customs declarations, shipping, VAT and Distance Selling Regulations works for international orders. Hopefully it will make sense soon so that we'll be able to offer worldwide deliveries.
