Move The Glow

An old drawing of Inspector Gadget. After having drawn his niece, his dog, and his archenemy (and his cat), I had to eventually draw the main man himself, who is arguably a bit of a mascot for DiC (now Cookie Jar or WildBrain or something? It's hard to keep up). And he's holding a Super Mario Bros. Super Show DVD for no particular reason.
