tiny vase

This is a small vase I made, though it won't hold any liquid because of a crack in the bottom. It's covered in white glaze, under black glaze, though the black glaze had a strange effect in this one. It came out a greenish tan where the two mixed, instead of blue like I expected. it's cool, though. ^_^ I like it.

hmmmm.... are you sure that wasn't the Khaki? it goes green when layered with the white. The St. Johns shouldn't turn green with the white; it's a cobalt glaze and there's nothing to react to green in the Leach White.

maybe it was the khaki. o.O I thought it was kind of a strange reaction that I got, but I had thought I'd put black on it. now I can't remember. lol it's definitely weird if it was the black, that's for sure. >_<

I'd say it was the Ohata or the Tenmoku, probably the khaki.
