Description
Started off as just a random sketch. Basically it's Queen Apailana (you only see her for two seconds in the Star Wars ROTS movie and not wearing this) and Padme in the back. I figured that Apailana might've showed up at the Palpatine speech, so I wanted to try designing her a Senate outfit (for some reason I was thinking elephant/wooly mammoth on the headdress).
