Two-sided 30g. sterling silver coin, plated in 23.6k "middle colour" gold.
A friend worked with the first movie and got hold of some of the prop - from that this was made. The medallion it was cast from did not have two "face" sides but this coin was made looking the same in reverse.

I claim no credit for Pirates of the Caribbean, intellectual property and/or ownership - I'm just a fan and this is a tribute.

..Making it was probably cheaper than the trip (and entrance fee) there, though...
Thank you!
Your artworks are very inspiring.
I offered to make it in gold (as he first wanted a REAL real coin), but that would have cost somewhere about 2000$. Heh.
He almost choked. And laughed and thought I was joking.
But yeah, I felt that way when I learned how much my balanced brass dice would cost me. Ffffft.
So, is it a doubloon or a piece of eight..?
