FGM Stock 196

(you are still allowed to use my background that DO NOT have a FGM in the tittle for horses and horse-sights.  These are my works and I have the right to make this rule.  I have nothing against horses.  I actually love them.   I spend a lot of time to make Quality backgrounds and I do not want someone to come along and just stick a horse on it and call it there own.   I want people to take my background as a starting point and turn it into there own works.  Sticking a horse in it and calling it yours is not cool.     If you really want to use this and you purchase it and want to put a horse in it,  SHOW me your work and if I see you don't just paste one in the background then I will give you special permission to use this background. )

My Background Rules. Due to theft of my works these are my rules. You are allowed to use my background in print on and off of DA as long as you have turned them into your own art. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL MY BACKGROUNDS IN ANY WAY FOR OR SHAPE IN THE ORIGINAL FORMAT OR CLAIM THEM AS YOUR OWN. PLEASE respect my rules Thank You.

I think as a stock photo this is good enough, after all it is intended to be modified by the user. But if you want a critique as a photography work, then it’s something different.

I can see you’re trying to capture the entire shape of the tree from ‘ear to ear’, strictly centered in the image area. I’d say if there’s no other dominating or potentially more interesting object around it this would be perfect, but I can see the path leading to the see and that I think one other focus where the viewer’s attention would get attracted to. With this central view, there seem to be a cropped part of the photo on the left, the image seems incomplete.

Also for a photography material this piece is lacking in color distinction and depth or play of focus. It’s generally a flat and boring photo despite the interesting subject, sorry. But again, as a stock it maybe better this way because it would be easy for the user to modify an image with not much of ‘individuality’ in it, if you know what I mean.

So overall I think this is nice enough as a stock although it might be much better if the space on the far left side was also captured, but not so much as an artistic photography. If you want to take the photography side seriously I’ll say you’ll need to consider more things beyond capturing interesting objects. <img src="…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/> Keep up the good work.

while I appreciate all critiques   Good or bad.  I only took this picture because of the tree.   I liked it and thought it would be a good stock :D  Photography is just one of my hobbies.   I like to provide stocks for people to use in creating wonderful works of art and for my personal use.   I was not trying to use this in any other way :D   That is the reason in is in the stock section and not the photography section.   Thank you for the critique :iconlisabagherpour:

Well if it's for stock purpose then it's good enough. Just trying to give some advanced thoughts because I thought that's the critique is all about. :) You're welcome and it's kind of you to give out free stocks.
