Description
After finally seeing Spider-Man: No Way Home, i can confidently amend my head canon!
There will be changes even to my typical lore, as I finally want to adopt Far From Home's premise to some extent.
So if that is a tad jarring i apologize, but it's time to turn over a new leaf!
Disclaimer: I do not own Marvel or Spider-Man.
---
If you do not care for my ideas or my personal take on this, that's okay!
I don't need to know about it, though.
If you think it's me being a pussy or nit-picky, you can feel however you want, but telling me won't change anything.
So do us both a favor, and just keep it to yourself and move on.
For those of you who like it and/or are curious about the finer details, thank you and please enjoy!

~~Starting Over~~
May was kept in a medically-induced coma for a week while the worst of her injuries were further stabilized.
It would have been impossible to manage her pain without her being virtually unconscious anyway.
Through it all, Peter never left the room.
His friends couldn't convince him to, and more to the point, Peter felt the chances of attention and chaos would be reduced if he simply made his presence as little known as possible.
Ned and MJ brought him a surplus of snacks and water for him to meal on while they were away, since he was not keen on leaving.
They spent time together, watching videos and movies on their phones, but his friends had their own responsibilities, too.
After three days in the hospital, once Murdock bailed Happy out of legal strain, Hogan showed up to visit the two of them.
He was devastated, but like the boy, grateful she would live.
Peter hated himself for what had happened, but Happy was by his side, and helped him when his friends had to go home.
He ended up taking over the role of "caregiver", bringing them both good food, and eventually bringing clothes for Peter to change into.
Only after finally convincing him to shower, of course, which was a battle in and of itself.
Had there not been a bathroom in May's room, he would not have gone.
When May woke, she was groggy and not entirely "there" for several days, due to the drugs.
But with tender care she could finally sit up and eat solid food in small portions, which Peter helped her do every single time.
His protective, nurturing nature was most prevalent during this time.
If something was needed, he took care of it.
In the meantime, Tony was kept up to date on events, and went ahead and decided Peter and May would be living with them in the compound from then on.
He finally finished his mission and returned home while May was still in recovery, and made visits.
Peter was happier than he'd ever been in his life to see his father, and needed his consolation very badly.
Tony informed him they were going to be having some very hard talks in the near future, but that it could wait until May was discharged.
While Ned was visiting one night, Dr Strange paid an unexpected visit by portal, and made a soft offer for Ned to practice magic as a student of his.
He had shown incredible potential in recent events, and Stephen couldn't deny he was curious.
Ned and Peter talked off to the side, as Ned was very torn.
Peter reassured him that it was his decision, and that if he said "no," he was still a badass, and was still always helping Peter save lives.
With all that had gone on, and with everyone still exhausted from the fight, Ned maturely turned down the Sorcerer Supreme's tutelage.
Stephen respected his choice, admitting he found it to be mature, and let him know the door was always open if he changed his mind.
He gave May his regards, and departed.
After a couple weeks in recovery, May was finally discharged from the hospital, and her and Peter's things had all been moved to the compound.
Tony had been very busy, setting up rooms for both of them, and making sure the entire team was ready to welcome them in with open arms, and accept Peter as a more serious Avenger.
But even still, Peter elected to be "friendly neighborhood" Spider-Man, wanting to stay in New York as much as possible to do his job.
So whenever Tony and others were away, there would always be someone in town to keep an eye on the city.
Soon after they moved in and got settled, Tony finally gave Peter that talking-to when they were alone.
He got onto him about his actions in Europe, reminding him that while EDITH may have been a gift to him, that it was temporary and for his safety, and was not his to give away.
He also gave him a relatively hard time about going to Dr Strange for help when the situation had not yet become so severe, and then causing as much collateral and needless danger as he did.
Peter took it like a champ, just nodding and hanging his head, because he knew it was deserved.
But as always, Tony was merciful, and did his best to level with him rather than tower over him.
"You gotta start being more responsible, kid.
I feel like we have this talk a lot.
I really hope after seeing your aunt laid up in a hospital fighting for her life, you'll actually take away from it this time."
Peter agreed, and was emotional in spite of not wanting to be.
And because the author has a soft heart, Tony ended up pulling Peter into a warm embrace, and they stayed like that on the couch for a long while.
~~Cold Times~~
The Fall and Winter months were spent with the 17-year-old working towards getting his GED, but mostly he was attached to May's hip.
He helped her bathe, eat, get dressed -- everything.
He saw every inch of her, he saw her at her worst and her best, and it didn't bother him one bit.
May and Peter both came to accept very early on that modesty went out the window, and in Peter's good nature, he stayed attached longer than she even needed.
After so long, she had to start nudging him away for space, as she steadily gained back the ability to take care of herself.
It was hard for Peter to accept, as his guilt felt eternal.
But she made it known that no matter what, she was so proud of him, and was happy to just be able to wake up every morning and see his face.
Peter spent some nights in her bed, but for the most part he simply slept alone, be it in the corner of the room or somewhere out in the hall.
This was because of his nightmares.
The Green Goblin was officially the scariest thing he'd ever encountered, because it was personal.
His laugh and soulless gaze haunted him; he had long forgiven Norman Osborn, but the psychological damage was heavy.
And, just as he had since he was 14, Peter was very reluctant to accept therapy.
He had things to do, and relied on his loved ones to help him as needed.
One night he slept with Tony, but had a nightmare and ended up kicking Tony in his sleep and bruising his leg quite generously.
After that Peter hid for several nights, but Tony eventually convinced him to take some melatonin and try again.
After that, Peter learned a new trick; he instinctively tucked into a ball following nightmares and would roll away rather than kick or swing, so as not to hurt anyone.
Sometime in November, Peter and MJ had some time alone and decided to try and become intimate.
They tried, but it didn't exactly come into fruition, so they didn't go all the way.
After the painful awkwardness and struggle, when they got dressed again, MJ finally revealed to Peter that she had really been forcing the "romance" since they got together.
She liked him, and she even thought he was attractive, but when they kissed, when they were physical, she didn't feel right.
She felt "trapped," but said she had done some research, and had began to think she might be aromantic.
Peter understood when she explained it, and although he really liked her and was sad, he loved the idea of them remaining good friends.
The trio remained as tight and loving as ever, but now Ned was no longer a third wheel, and MJ was far more comfortable on her own.
She still talked to Peter and opened up to him a lot, and shared herself with him just as much as before.
Turns out she needed a friend, not a boyfriend.
It still hurt though, and they both needed a little time to move past that.
~~Gift of the Multiverse~~
Peter had Strange's phone number, thanks to Tony, but he never once contacted him.
He figured after everything, the wizard must want nothing to do with him now, and felt it was best to give him space.
It wasn't until just days before Christmas that Strange actually reached out to him and asked to talk, which Peter felt uneasy about.
When he went to see him in the Sanctorum, Strange revealed a visitor; Otto Octavius!
According to Otto, soon after returning to his own world, he fulfilled his destiny, and swears he died.
He had drowned in the river beneath his machine while shutting it down, as was relevant to his timeline.
But in recent days, he found himself alive and stumbling around in this universe yet again, only to be picked up by Strange and taken back to the sanctum.
Peter was frightened by this, but Stephen was...shockingly calm, and not upset.
He suggested that the multiverse's damage might have allowed Otto to slip in through some sort of positive force post-mortem.
He wasn't concerned about this happening to anyone else, because Peter had cured them, meaning they would most likely have survived in their own universes.
Otto confirmed this by telling them Norman was alive and well by the time Otto himself had sacrificed his life.
And so, while the mechanics of it remained a mystery, Strange was right!
Otto's presence in this world again caused some stir and controversy, but he got an apartment and applied to work for Tony Stark.
Tony declined, but only because he felt it was too soon, and everyone was exhausted.
Otto understood, and so to compensate, Tony put in a good word for him at a lesser branded research facility, and Otto took up work there.
He and his tentacles garnered a lot of attention, but he was kind and patient, and quickly proved he was a friend rather than a foe.
He soon took up therapy as well, as he was still in deep mourning over Rosie.
What no one realized was Karn, a spider god which repairs the Web of Life, was responsible for Otto's traverse into Peter's world.
He had governed (and panicked over) the events of No Way Home, and it was his efforts alone that kept Strange from losing total control of the spell in the end.
Despite the grief, Karn took pity on everyone -- most especially Otto.
So when the scientist died, Karn caught the thread of his life by one bronze leg, and gently swung his life thread into the way of Peter 1's world, tying the thread to a new web location.
There, he was given life back to him, able to exist in a new timeline with yet another chance given.
However, Karn had held him in limbo until Christmas time to give the breaks in the multiverse more of a chance to settle, and to allow Strange to fix yet more problems that had arisen.
Strange also reassured Peter that he wasn't angry at him for anything that had happened, and he didn't need to be scared of him.
They were friends now, and although he wasn't thrilled about the past events, he took responsibility for his own hand in the disaster as well.
This was a major ease to Peter's conscience.
(Please consider that Multiverse of Madness is not out yet and I do not have any details regarding it, so this section may be subject to small adjustments in the future.)
~~Revisiting Ben~~
Things went on steadily well into the depths of Winter and into Spring.
He even came out to his friends and aunt May as bisexual, which surprised no one.
He even finally accepted therapy, convinced by his family and friends to talk to a very nice man that Tony had hand picked for him.
It was a decision Peter found himself wishing he had made sooner, funnily enough.
He had his GED now, and felt safe.
His friends also had their GED's.
That following February, Peter found himself starting to have intrusive thoughts about Ben's death, nightmares, and anxiety.
Through all this time and all these events, Peter still hadn't ever once cried over Ben (hence his lack of reaction when his alternate selves brought up their losses of Ben), and although he was disturbed and not-thrilled about having to deal with the trauma now, he told his friends that he, surprisingly, wanted to cry, that he felt he needed to to move on.
It was instinctual.
They suggested that telling aunt May what he was going through would offer an opportunity to move on.
After all, he shut himself in the first time -- doing so a second time could set him back.
So, when he was ready, Peter opened up to May fully about what he was experiencing.
Sadly, he still felt a strong resistance to show it around her too often, as the instinct to protect her remained after all this time -- especially since her traumatic injuries.
Everyone's suggestion was to socialize more than he did after Ben's death, as shaking up the experience might keep him from regressing.
He looked through family photos with Tony, May and friends, visited to his old apartment where the incident happened, and so on.
Peter even recounted the whole event to Tony, speaking word for word what happened.
Peter was sad and feeling many emotions, but the earth simply didn't move for him.
Peter took to dancing and singing more often (in private) to channel his emotions.
He wasn't good at talking about it, but singing it out into a nice empty space felt amazing.
He secretly started to learn how to belly dance and pole dance just for the thrill of the challenge and to engage his mind and body.
To specify, he learned through YouTube and practiced pole dancing in the training room when no one was around.
Peter found himself talking to May more.
This was helpful; it was something he hadn't done last time.
Laying in his bed one night, Peter couldn't sleep.
He lied awake, thinking about everything with Ben and May, and his more scary recent experiences.
It was like the pieces of a puzzle had been fitted gently into place, and then, the earth finally moved.
It finally clicked that aunt May was still grieving, too.
Her trying to date Happy but ending it to just be friends, the way she still talked so fondly of her beloved.
She never had the closure of dealing with the hurt alongside her nephew, constantly shut out by him.
Peter was finally realizing more blatantly that, despite having moved forward considerably, May's heart was still heavy.
It wasn't too late to open up, and the thought of doing so now felt a little easier, because he knew he wasn't alone.
Finally recognizing that and accepting that his actions never really protected her, this was enough, and his heart gave way; he knew what was coming.
Uncertain if this was the real deal, but too anxious to be alone, Peter left his bedroom.
He joined May quietly, and when she woke and faced him, the dam finally broke.
From then on, the grieving process finally began, and May was elated to have him come to her.
They cried together that night.
Peter was very fragile for the next few weeks, but he was also quite open with his friends and family.
There was a lot of support, and with a relaxed environment, he finally went through the stages of grief, tackled his guilt, and allowed his aunt to love him through the grief.
By the end of the Spring, in the wake of the season of life, Peter's sense of optimism was greatly reinvigorated.
He felt relieved, lighter, and more mature.
He was finally becoming the man he always pretended to be, and his loved ones were proud.

~~Today~~
Things are smooth and Wade and Peter are in a very healthy relationship.
Peter still lives at the facility, and has built his very own Blue Suit.
With him starting a new relationship and finally properly giving up his innocence, he felt it was the right time to make something special.
And of course, May's hair has grown back.
She hated it being short!
Things have been up and down ever since, but ultimately they've been for the better.
Starting when he was 20, Peter and friends make occasional YouTube videos for fun and to address mature topics.
As he gets older, Peter feels more comfortable with this, and it all goes on Ned’s channel.
He doesn’t talk much about being Spider-Man in the videos, and never ever wears his costume for them.
Even with his fame, he remains aloof about much of his life, and very meticulous about how he guards his privacy, and his loved ones.
Most topics he covers are related to progression, safety training and the occasional video game.
Ned is the most active.
~~Physiology~~
The list of abilities for Peter Parker is quite extensive, and very impressive.
At this point, he is a fine blend of human and animal.
The spider that bit Peter was a jumping spider crossed with wolf spider DNA, enhancing the jumper's ability to run, making it more speedy, and gifting it with night vision.
When Peter went into a dormancy state the night following the bite, his body effectively went through a full-blown spider puberty of sorts, working out everything new that it needed to.
When he awoke the next morning, he felt perfectly fine and then some.
---
The first most notable trait is wall-climbing.
The bottoms of Peter's hands and feet have ultra small scopulae hairs which give him grip on most surfaces.
He can jump almost 50 times the length of his own body.
His legs are not specialized; like the jumping spider, special muscles in his chest force his blood pressure to heighten suddenly, shooting blood to his legs briefly.
The force propels him where he needs to go.
Thanks to this, he doesn't have to brace as much as the average human when he's about to jump; there is far less effort.
His blood circulation is regulated differently, enabling him to hang upside down without consequences.
Peter's sense of balance is superb as well, giving him perfect equilibrium when upside down, sideways, or in motion.
In other words, it's nearly impossible to make him dizzy or disorient him.
Thanks to the wolf spider DNA, Peter can run much faster than the average human, his reflexes and agility are enhanced, and he's unusually flexible.
But in order to move and jump around so quickly, he has to be able to process all the information.
As he describes it, Peter's senses have "been dialed to 11" since he gained his powers.
Part of this is what some would very loosely describe as being able to "see in slow motion."
Really, what it is is like most insects and many small birds, Peter's brain can process more input in a single moment than humans and most animals.
This mechanism is what enables birds and bugs to get away from danger so quickly.
Heightened sense of vision with everything appearing more crisp, more detail being noticeable, and he can see much further away than before.
An added gift from the wolf spider is night vision; he can see in the dark.
Because of this and thanks to the wolf spider, Peter's eyes contain reflective tissue.
So in pictures with the flash, and in low, well-directed lighting, his eyes will glow.
During school pictures he would move his eyes away at the last second to avoid reflecting the flash of the camera.
May, oblivious at first, was understandably exasperated at Peter taking such bad pictures from then until senior year.
His physical strength is relevant to his size, just as a spider.
The maximum weight he can move is 12.5 tons, but in dire situations with enough adrenaline, he can move more.
Things that are impossible to move for most are a breeze for him, meaning he had to really keep his strength in check before his identity came out.
Lots of pretending to strain, and lots of forced negligence when helping May carry in groceries.
He can go roughly three or four days without eating, but by day four he'll start becoming pretty miserable.
And while he enjoys most of the same foods he always has, he tends to crave a lot more protein than before.
As it is, spiders live on a diet that's pure protein, and their silk is made of the same stuff.
In order to web right and feel his best, Peter goes out of his way to consume a lot of eggs, poultry and fish.
No, he doesn't eat insects and has no desire to on account of having a stable food source at basically all times.
Alarmingly, spiders are cannibals, but again, Peter's adequate food source (and general upbringing/moral compass) means he has zero desire to hunt and eat people.
Peter can hibernate in the freezing cold, but not for the whole Winter season like your average spider.
He's still human, too.
When exposed to super low temperatures, Peter will struggle on a human level until he reaches a specific threshold.
Once he reaches that mark, his body and mind will start to go somewhat numb, and he is overtaken almost mindlessly by the instinct to bed down.
If he can, he will dig a hole (in snow, most likely) and web himself in.
If he can't dig a nook for himself, he will try to find a corner or other shelter and web off the entrance, encasing his person in webbing too, and eventually go to sleep.
Spiders go into a state called suspended animation, but Peter's human body can't do this.
Instead, it's a brief hibernation.
He can last strong in this state for six days, but after this, he gradually will begin to succumb to the environment.
After eight days, hibernation fails, and his organs will shut down in his sleep.
When he wakes from the hibernation, Peter is starving, complaining that it's his worst symptom.
It takes a lot of energy for his body to allow him to do this.
The longer he is forced into this state, the hungrier he is when he wakes, and the longer it takes for him to wake up and recover.
Peter's top canine teeth developed an extra coat of enamel, forming a sharper point at the end of each one and making them slightly more noticeable than before.
They are not hollow, yet Peter does have venom sacs.
They're very small, located around the back of his upper palette, a half-inch to the inside of each of his first molars.
Venom is dormant until Peter is severely agitated, or even very hungry, in which case the sacs may begin to pump a very pale yellow fluid with the consistency of water into his saliva mixture.
He doesn't taste it or hardly register it, but when feeling very threatened, he is aware of the presence of his venom and may feel the instinct to bite if he feels seriously pinned or angry.
The venom pumps into the mouth before he bites, that way it's ready and has a higher chance of being injected into his target through biting.
If his venom gets into an open wound (or worse yet, is pushed into it forcefully by him biting and breaking the skin [which he can do very easily]), it can be extremely painful and cause itching, hives, and flu-like symptoms.
A bite from Peter Parker warrants immediate medical attention.
Those with allergies to spider venom need emergency medical attention.
Because spiders, particularly jumpers and wolves, are more docile and tend to bite as a last resort (with jumpers almost never biting), biting is definitely not something Peter thinks much about.
It only happens when he feels he has no other option.
It almost seems gratuitous, given he can't inject venom through his canines into his victim, but breaking the skin offers an automatic entryway for it to get in and infect.
This makes the instinct quite valid.
Peter has small silk sacs in the muscle tissue in his wrists.
In order to fire the silk from his spinnerets, he must assume his classic hand position.
This pulls the muscles and tendons to eject the webs.
Otherwise, he can simply use his fingers on the opposite hand to gently pull the webbing away, as spiders do with their legs for their own spinnerets.
Peter's infamous "spidey-sense" is a precognitive gift.
When he senses something bad is coming his way, the hairs on his arms and the back of his neck will stand up.
Many times in quick situations, Peter doesn't have time to consider the feeling of his hair standing up; he senses trouble long before he feels it in most cases.
This precognition for danger gives him hunches around smaller, less pressing matters as well, enabling him to sense death or judge a poor character on small, but viable wavelengths.
He may also occasionally have a strong feeling about something, whether it's bad or good.
He always says "Just a feeling" when asked about his determination.
In accordance with the spidey-sense, Peter can sense when earthquakes and storms are coming.
He doesn't know exactly when, but he can sense either a few hours before they arrive.
Being male and having DNA mixed with a creature with intense instincts, Peter can sense when someone with female biology is ovulating.
Typically, this is something that operates on a subconscious level and presents itself very subtly.
For example, he will find people with female biology far more attractive than usual and if this is the case, he may find himself to be a bit more randy for a short while.~
Females close to him, including Aunt May, do not affect him when they ovulate -- the reason being that, on a strictly biological level, they aren't options as mates.
Spiders, like most creatures, know not to inbreed.
Even though they aren't blood, May is so close to Peter that it feels like she is, thus he is never affected when she ovulates.
Peacock spiders are famous for their dances to attract mates, but most people don't know that all jumping spiders dance for attention.
Given he knows how to actually dance, Peter has a tendency to show his moves more comfortably in the presence of someone he's attracted to.
These actions are also subconscious; he feels good and wants the attention of his crush, so he might show off a little.
He also will hum and/or sing more in the presence of a crush, as male jumpers use vibrations ("singing") to also get a mate's attention.
It takes him until after getting with Wade to figure out that he literally was dancing for him, as well as MJ and possibly others.
Peter cleans his spinnerets by licking and sucking on them gently, and feels the urge to wipe his face and hands a lot to keep them clean.
The actions are rather cat-like, and very weird, but it makes him happy.
A less flattering instinct of his is to put his arms up when he feels challenged.
During school, he fought a lot of urges to throw his hands up and then run face-first at Flash Thompson.
Jumpers assert dominance by shadow boxing and butting their fangs together, so...
Yeah, weird urges, but he rarely gives in to them.
Peter Parker purrs.
Yes, you read that right.
One species of wolf spider will use vibrations on leaves to create a purring sound that attracts females.
Unlike a cat, Peter doesn't purr when he's happy; he purrs when he's horny.
And, unlike the rhythmic, soft hum of a cat's purr, Peter's is breathy, choppy, and quicker in output with small, ticking beats that interrupt it in intervals.
This function is enabled by his altered musculoskeletal structure in his chest, neck and throat.
The first time he purred was when he was dating MJ and they were starting to discuss getting physical.
It was...an embarrassing moment, to say the least.
Peter can hiss, which he does when very angry and/or needing to threaten someone away from him.
It's a warning, and one that should be heeded.
Wolf spiders do indeed, hiss.
Peter can sense when other spiders are nearby, and when it's needed, he can telepath lightly with them.
This isn't something he practices often, but it can come in handy if information is needed.
It tends to happen without him thinking about it.
He's very sensitive to vibrations, as spiders are designed to be, so sometimes too much of it can be harmful or irritating to him.
This allows him to more easily detect small-scale sensations most of us would miss out on, such as a better range to detect someone's heartbeat when close to their person.
Spiders are naturally fit as they should be, and so Peter is naturally a little toned with a tight, light body.
In theory, he could get a little fat, but not by much, given his metabolism, and it would be easy weight to lose.
As far as working out is concerned, he doesn't have much to worry about.
As long as he's eating well and getting the rest he needs, he can make as much silk and do as many flips, tricks and weight lifts as he wants.
When healthy, Peter only needs five hours of sleep each night.
He seeps fairly hard sometimes, and wakes rested.
The extra few hours during the night are sometimes used to check on his social media, work on side projects, or do some late night/early morning patrol.
Many nights, he quietly checks his Twitter and YouTube while Wade sleeps beside him.
When he's ready to sleep, he rolls over and enjoys nesting in the company of his mate.
Peter has a healing factor.
Broken bones are healed in just a day, blood loss is restores in just hours, and if his injuries are fatal, up to a certain point, he may lose consciousness as a sort of "override" function, forcing him to rest while his body hurries to repair itself.
This enabled him to survive getting hit full force by a train in Europe, despite the intense damage his body experienced.
Cuts heal in minutes, and even bruises disappear in only hours.
Perhaps one of the kindest things about the healing factor is how it prevents tooth decay and gum disease.
If Peter were to get a tooth knocked out, he would begin regrowing another one.
This is time and energy consuming for his person, but within two weeks, he would have a brand new adult tooth grown in.
As one can imagine, the growing pains of a new adult tooth in such a short amount of time would be unpleasant.
Should Peter ever lose a limb, he could regrow it.
Granted, this process would take roughly a year or more, but it would be possible through a molting process.
Peter doesn't molt, but when spiders lose limbs, they regrow them through molting.
If he were to lose a limb, the re-growing skin would built up to a point of needed to shed off.
A gross process, but each time it finished, more and more of his limb would be there.
After so long and countless molts, Peter would have a brand new limb that looked and functioned about the same as the old one.
Spiders are durable.
Peter can fall from heights that would kill the average human and get away with minimal damage (he might go into temporary shock, though).
Had he been taken to Vormir and thrown off the cliff, there's a chance he would have survived the fall, thus resulting in a failed attempt to get the stone.
Thank goodness that didn't happen though!
Long story short, he's rather tough to kill.
Peter has permanent markings on the spot the spider bit him, as well as where his spinnerets are.
The marks are small and shift from an iridescent blue to red, having a violet undertone.
The dots in the patterns' center on each wrist mark the tiny openings of his spinnerets, while the dot on his neck indicates where he was bitten.
Spider qualities translate to a mammal of his gifts in very interesting ways.
He has gyroscopic balance, bobbing his head for better field of depth.
But for him, all his weird sticky, bobby, twitchy movements look natural on him!
---
The Blue Suit is Peter's self-made coming-of-age gift to himself.
He made it after several months of dating Wade Wilson, using only his own technology and sewing machines.
He didn't want to use Tony's tech; it's all his own, with all his own features.
The blue is cooler, sleeker, and offers him more camouflage in the dark.
It also offsets Wade's harsh reds in his suit, which is flattering.
~~Downsides~~
There are cons to his gifts, too.
Peter struggles and is slower in cold weather.
If he can't get away from chilly environments, he may need to sleep longer at night and even nap during the day.
Hot and humid climates aren't a problem, though!
Peter was always a poor swimmer; so much so that when May and Ben enrolled him in swimming classes when he was little, he would cry in class every day, and never once jumped off the diving board.
Eventually they gave up on the lessons.
But now that he's mutated, as spiders as awful in water, so is Peter.
If stuck in deep water, his chances of staying above it are slim.
~~Preference~~
Peter is bisexual.
