Shouting at the casket, these idiots are drowning in the vastness"

ha yeah!, was thinking about that Carpenter movie, was thinking about watching it again after so many years but I'm afraid it probably aged bad

mm, maybe... I'd watch it again just to see see the blood coming out of Sam Neill's eyes. ;-)

"The Thing" has not aged badly! neither has "Halloween," or "They Live"... you could say those are classics at this point, no?

there's quite a few I haven't seen yet... like "The Fog"... or "Dark Star". I got some catchin' up to do!

"The Ward" was so-so, but the script was partly to blame there.

hahah yeah, I love Sam Neill, has some truly memorable movies even he is not that "good" actor but has a lot of charisma

The Thing is still scary and tense, and They Live is just so awesome for how cheesy it is I love it
Not sure about Halloween, but still good one, perhaps because "slash" movies are not exactly my thing
And what can be said about Christine, Starman, Village of the Damned... bad-awesome movies :P

But Big Trouble in Little China and Escape from New York are some fucking awesome (Escape from LA.. hmm not so much)

And same, I havent seen The Fog or Dark Star, plus I have Attack on Precint 13 here, its one of the early ones but I've read its quite good
The Ward, havent seen it, doenst seem too interesting... and Ghosts of Mars, would you recommend?

thanks, I was forgetting "Starman"... I saw that again, maybe a year or two ago.
and "Escape from New York"! great flick... saw that with a school buddy; we loved it.

I have to confess I have not seen "Christine," or "Big Trouble in Little China"...
I got me some catching up to do! I haven't seen his "Village of the Damned" remake, either, or "Vampires."

can't recommend "Ghosts of Mars" because I haven't seen that either. sorry! :-(
