Additional Information:

Scarlet does not have any other special powers outside of her time powers
Apart from the Time Immunity and Powers, Athenilons are no different than humans
The Mythril Membrane takes a full day to mend itself
Beings effected by Scarlet's Time Powers experience everything as if it were in real time. 
    Temporal Shield example: if they were stopped, when they are released from the stoppage, they would notice everything had moved around them.
    Time Reversal example: they themselves would have reverted to their past selves up to 10 minutes in their personal past, having no memory of what happened within those 10 minutes
    Time Crush: the person will have aged up to 10 minutes in their personal future, however they would have no memory of what happened within those 10 minutes
Scarlet's Time Abilities can be used to heal any wound, provided that any limbs that were removed are present and intact
Scarlet's Time Abilities cannot be used to heal herself
Scarlet can swim
Scarlet knows how to fish, however she cannot cook well
Scarlet's T.A.D. can be effected by EMPs, however regular electricity will not cause it to malfunction
Scarlet's lack of a T.A.D. does not impede her ability to create a Dimension Door home, since her ability naturally sends her back to her planet of origin, however if her T.A.D. is malfunctioning she cannot send other people back to their home worlds
Scarlet has never been on ice before, and thus does not know what to do on ice
Scarlet does not appreciate bullies, racism, or sexism, and if she sees people being oppressed by it, she will step forward and intervine
Ironically though, if Scarlet is the target of racism, sexism, or being bullied in general, she does not speak against it
Even though she may not look or act like it, Scarlet has military-like training under her belt
It is canon that Scarlet and Atlas (a companion of Ih'u's) know each other (at least for Walking City)
Scarlet really likes her hat
Scarlet's Time Abilities can encompass the whole planet, however that is very exhausting and can only be used once.  Scarlet prefers to just utilize her powers to a 1 km radius at maximum
Scarlet's staff is hallowed out to make it less heavy.  It may be metal but it's thin metal and should only weight about 25 lbs
