The image is a normal photo I took of a sunset on El Hierro. The only thing I did was to change the color temperature to Tungsten light at 2700K and heighten the contrast to make it pop even more. :D

Certainly pops! I was going to ask whether you had used a lens filter but the comments explain it all. I can remember back in the day, when I was younger, fitter and lighter spending a day snowboarding with friends and a Hi8 videocamera. I was messing with different filters and the results were quite nice. Your image reminded me of those days so thankyou for creating and sharing.
