High res' and step by step :
" The Knight froze and his boots squealed in the snow.
- Have you seen anything, my Child ? Anything my empty eyes couldn't catch...
"No", replied the girl, turning around, watching their backs.
- There is nothing...
Her father remained silent for a second, and then said :
- And yet, I feel that she is following us. "

How is this anything like Terry Pratchett aside from being fantasy lol?
You're trying to _actually say_ that Terry Pratchett is the only person who can make Death?
This is nothing like Terry Pratchett.
Terry Pratchett is a satirical writer with a pretty solid original version of Death known for his love of cats, his SEPARATION FROM HIS GRANDDAUGHTER (Mort being his adopted "son", so actually, this is different), and speaking in leaden tones of a tomb being closed, represented by speaking in all caps, SORT OF LIKE THIS.
This is just a textured triangle with a little girl behind him, and looks like a skeleton and vaguely represents death as a concept.
Calling this "plagiarism" would be like saying The Mona Lisa ripped off Light in August because they both have girls in them despite being two legitimately different art mediums.
