Legend of Everfree: The Untold Story (Chapter 10)
Level was almost hoping that Timber would do something untoward. At least then, she could realistically expose him for the fraud he was. Trixie’s new teleportation abilities hadn’t helped; she didn’t have enough control over them. So, now, as everyone at camp was busy painting floating lanterns, Level was stuck having to observe Timber out of the corner of her eye, hoping that she didn’t look too suspicious.
“Stupid, creepy, lying Timber,” Level grumbled as she somewhat ironically painted happy flowers and clouds on her lantern. “Why won’t you just do something already, you faker? Or are you planning on doing it later, when no one else is around? Yeah, that would make sense.”
“Are you okay, Level?” Trixie asked, looking up from her own star-covered project.
Level sighed, “I just don’t get it, Trixie. Timber’s behavior seems so obvious, but we have yet to catch him doing anything that will get the others
