If you think you can make a better one plz note ~Gloomy-mushroom (https://www.deviantart.com/gloomy-mushroom). You'll have to make it first and give me the link to the icon. Or you can provide me some instructions on how to rid background and just to have Gir only. I suck at animation but I was frustrated that there wasn't a  :iconexcitedgirplz:! There's :iconexcitedzimplz:, :iconexciteddibplz:, and now presenting :iconexcitedgirplz:!
