is in the same family as several of several other dromaeosaurs, like Sinornithosaurus
, whose fossils have extraordinarily well-preserved and obvious feather imprints. Velociraptor
, an animal which is extremely similar to Deinonychus
, had actual quill knobs
on its arms where feathers attached. There is not a single scientist in the paleontological community who believes that Deinonychus
did not have feathers.
Next time, do some research before you put your foot in your mouth.
