for your feedback and comments on my last post. I know it was self indulgent and I thank you for the time you took to indulge my self pity. I appreciate it and you all made me feel much better about everything, though the boyfriend thing is a task I must take upon myself.  Love you all.

Two of my pieces made it into the exhibition but I didn't even place and Dr. Rhodes (the Juror) told me out-right (he was my Art History teacher in college) that he didn't like my Fairy Paper and that I'm too old to do that sort of thing.  I feel that I am too old but I don't know what to do, I want to make things that mean something but nothing means that much to me and I fall back on what I know I'm good at. I feel like giving up. I'm unhappy at work, I can't even place in an art contest, my boyfriend of seven years wont even propose to me. I know I'm just rambling and feeling sorry for myself. Sorry.

I have been working on Holiday commissions and  Christmas presents for my family and friends feverishly (yay alliteration). I also cleaned my art-room the other day. It is so neat and tidy now, it makes me happy. Now to organize the sewing room. Sigh. But I want to finish one of Mitch's presents first.
