Summer Event 2017 - Sign up! - CLOSED

The 2017 Summer Event will begin on June 15th and end on September 30th. 
It will consist of 3 main parts to complete as a team, plus some optional extra parts to be completed by yourself. 
Each Part of this event will have it's own separate deadline.
Once you have finished one part, you do not have to wait for the deadline to start the next part.

STEP 1

Choose if you would like to be a Leader, a member, or a solo team.

- A Leader joins up with members to form a team. It will be the leader's responsibility to divide up the work among the team, make and organize a team tracker, and to make sure all of the artwork for the event is finished by the deadline.
- A member joins up with other members under a leader to form a team. 
- If you would like to participate in this event by yourself you can form a solo team. It will be your sole responsibility to organize your own team tracker and finish all of the artwork before the deadline. 

Leaders and Solo Teams will get bonuses for their extra effort AFTER the event is over.

STEP 2

Organize your team.
A maximum of 6 evoloons are allowed on one team regardless of if you are working solo or working with friends.
This means you can form a Solo Team with up to 6 of your own evoloons. You can form a team with one other person and use 3 evoloons each. Or you can form a team of six people using 1 evoloon each. 
Any configuration of people with a maximum of 6 evoloons will work for this event. 

Companions
Evoloons are allowed to bring their companions with them for the event. The companions will not count as one of the 6 evoloon team members, but they do need to be recorded on the Team Tracker. So if you would like to bring a companion along on the journey be sure to include that when making/signing up for a team!

- If you choose to be a Leader comment (here) with the name of your team and how many people/evoloons you want on your team. You as the leader get to choose how many people you want on your team. If you only want 3 people total, that's your choice. You can ask for up to 5 people to join you, that would make 6 including yourself.

- If you choose to be a Member, look at the Leader comments below to apply for teams. Be sure to include how many evoloons you are applying with.
- If you choose to be a Solo Team you may skip to Step 3

STEP 3

Fill out and Submit your team tracker.

Once you have finished forming your teams you need to make a Team Tracker. 
You will not be allowed to participate without a tracker!
Only Leaders and Solo Teams make the trackers, normal member should leave it up to their Leader.

Other Things to Keep in Mind

This is the Internet! 
There WILL be people who take on more work than they can handle and not be able to finish without help. 
There WILL be people who rage quit in the middle of the event. 
There WILL be people, even Leaders, who don't do their part for the team.
Because of these reasons we highly suggest to ONLY TEAM UP WITH PEOPLE YOU TRUST

Leader Responsibilities
Please consider all of these Responsibilities before choosing to be a Leader. 
- If a member can not complete the artwork for any reason, it is the Leader's job to assign that artwork to another member or do the artwork themselves.
- If a member deletes event artwork, it is the Leader's job to reassign that artwork to another member or do the work themselves. The leader may re-upload the original artwork to their own accounts or to stash if they can get the artist's permission.

If a Leader quits on their team, please choose one member of your team to note the group and we will work things out from there.
