This Journal will operate as a 'Hub World' for all the other parts of the event. Here you will find the event calendar, event rules, and links to the other parts. All other journals made for the event will link back to here. ALWAYS FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS!!

In the meantime we do have Prompts for you to participate in through the summer instead!
Event Calendar
Sign Up - Starts on June 1st - Form your team early so that you can start drawing for the event as soon as it is released!
Event Release - June 15th - Every part of the event will be released on this day.
Last Day to Sign Up!! - July 10th - If you have not formed a team by now it is too late! Do not let this date sneak up on you!!
Part 1 Deadline - July 15th - This is the last day to finish Part 1
Part 2 Deadline - August 15th - This is the last day to finish Part 2
Part 3 Deadline - September 15th - This is the last day to finish Part 3
Optional Part Deadline - September 30th - This is the last day to finish all of the optional Parts
Extra Rewards - October 7th - The Leader and Solo Team rewards (as well as any extra prizes we might give away) will be announced this day.

Artwork
At least one evoloon must comply to the Visibility Rule in every drawing made for this event.
All artwork needs to be colored!
All artwork needs a background with depth.
Backgrounds need to be drawn. NO photo manipulation
Please submit all artwork made for this event to the 'Event' folder.
Collaborations
Collaborations are allowed for this event.
You may only collaborate with members of your own team.
Parts
Do not move onto the next part until it has been approved.
All approved teams and parts are listed here: Summer Event 2017 - Approved Teams
Whenever your team passes a part a mod will leave a message on your team tracker with the rewards you have earned.
Parts 1, 2, and 3 are to be completed as a team and will be recorded on your team tracker.
The optional parts are to be completed by yourself without your team or collaborations.
Magic, Upgrades, and Rewards
Please wait until AFTER the event to use any of the magic, upgrades, or rewards earned in this event!
This means your evoloon's references in the team tracker should not change throughout the entire event.
Extra rewards for the Team Leaders and Solo Teams will be announced after the event is over.
Each Part has it's own rewards. The entire team must pass that part to earn the rewards.
You will NOT lose your rewards after they have been given to you even if you do not complete the entire event!
Participation
Every evoloon that joins Part 1 of this event will earn 1 Participation.
Parts 2 and 3 do not reward Participation.
Extra Participation can be earned in the optional parts of this event.
You must pass parts 1-3 to access the optional parts
Deadlines
All deadlines are final, there will be no alterations made to the schedule for any reason. Do NOT ask for us to push a deadline!
Evoloons as a group runs on HAST time. This is the timezone in Honolulu, Hawaii.
This means that the event ends on September 30th in Honolulu, it may end on a different date for you as an individual due to a difference in time zones!
