Trial of the Accursed

Rules:

Only one egg per-trial run will be earned! You only need one Evoloon, and they must follow the Visibility Rule. There is no limit to how many Evoloons you bring, but one needs to consistently follow the Visibility Rule for you to earn an egg.

Novaleen, when present, needs to follow the Visibility Rule.

 All drawings/panels must have a unique background following our Background rules (you cannot reuse the same background twice) and must be fully colored. Sketches are not allowed. Shading is optional.

 This can be done in a comic/panel format, separate pictures, or written!

-Make sure to label you pictures with the “Trial of the Accursed"
-If this is done in separate pictures or parts, you must also list in the title what part it is (ei, Trial of the Accursed- Part  1) and link previous parts in the description.
-If you are completing this a second time (or more), just add the corresponding number behind the title. (ei, Trial of the Accursed- Part  1)
-Written works must be 350 words per part, or 1,050 words for a combined piece.

The Trial:

Part 1: A mysterious egg is found...!
Your Evoloon(s) find an egg, one that seems different from any other egg they're come across.... even the magic around the egg somehow feels different.

The egg is also cracked, and is oozing a black liquid, yet still seems to have something living inside. While Garan is normally the one to go to for egg-related issues, the magic with this egg is particularly interesting....  Novaleen should see this.

-Draw your Evoloon(s) finding, or discussing what to do with the egg.
How did your Evoloon(s) find it? Was it hidden away? Did it need rescuing? Are they still trying to get a hold of the egg?

Part 2: It's almost like your cursed....
Upon starting their travels to Novaleen, your Evoloon(s) has quickly began to notice that rather unlucky things keep happening around them. It wasn't too bad at first, just some minor inconveniences..... but just now, an entire tree branch fell uncomfortably close to your Evoloon(s)! Better pick up the pace and get this egg to Novaleen!

-Draw your Evoloon(s) struggling with their sudden bad luck.
(The egg must be included)
You can draw anything from something that would mildly annoy your Evoloon(s), to something that is putting them in danger. Maybe even the weather has drastically changed! You're welcome to draw the tree-branch falling by them as well. How extreme their bad luck is, is up to you.

Part 3: Novaleen is here to help! ...Kind of.
Novaleen looked over the egg grimly. While it was fascinating magic-wise, she quickly deemed that it seemed cursed somehow and there wasn't much she could do to help it. The egg couldn't be healed or fixed, however she does the best she can for the egg and blesses it with her magic. She suggests your Evoloon(s) take it to a hatchery.... or maybe.... your Evoloon(s) might be interested in taking care of it?

Reward:

As a reminder; You can only earn one egg per-trial. Make sure all your artwork was submitted to the Trial of the Accursed folder.

How auto-hatching works: Instead of waiting for the Treasury to add your egg into your inventory, and you then hatch it from there, we simply hatch the egg here the same time we approve your Trial. You would link our reply when submitting your Cursed Evoloon into approval, to act as your 'Treasury comment'.
