Since your the master list and you have all the current loons,
what happens if I want to like update my loons on the master list?
Do I link their updated Tracker or something?
Just so like their LM, Upgrades, and boosts are counted for?

Stygma here. Nobody is answering comments on Bot, except me, once in every 3 months or so! 
But I'm not part of the registration team and I don't know all the details. I just know that when the team will be ready for the upgrades, they will post a journal about it or something.
