Newcomer Neku Sakuraba

The next in the "you know who should be in smash brothers" series is: The anti-social Reapers' Game Player: Neku Sakuraba!

Neku Sakuraba was requested by (mysteriousmaster34) and (hai-kage)

SPECIAL MOVES==============================

B – PYROKINESIS- Neku hovers slightly off the ground clutching his headphones he closes his eyes and creates a burst of fire in front of him. Holding down the "B" button the flames will continue to appear in front of Neku if a player holds down "B" and moves the control stick left or right Neku can move the pillar of flames a short distance in either direction! This move does have a time limit for using it- and eventually it will stop working all together if used for too long and will need to recharge.
DMG: 5% (per second/hit) USES: 3 seconds REBOOT TIME: 5.5 seconds

Side B – FORCE ROUNDS - Neku fires a ball of energy forward this move can be spammed though it deals little DMG and no flinching. like most of Neku's Attacks if overused the attack will stop working and it will need to recharge.
DMG: 3% (per hit) USES: 12 Rounds REBOOT TIME: 6.5 Seconds

Down B - SPLISH SPLASH BARRIER - A stream of water and a blue ring will form around Neku and Neku will heal himself 2% DMG per second there is a "sweet spot" when Neku receives the 2% health where he will become invincible but otherwise can sustain DMG in this state- receiving DMG in this state will also reduce the Uses of the Splish Splash Barrier to 0 and it will enter Reboot status.
DMG: 0% USES: 7.5 seconds REBOOT TIME: 38 seconds

Up B - VULCAN UPPERCUT - Neku will spring upward performing an uppercut if it connects this uppercut deals heavy vertical knock back-this however takes a lot out of Neku and he enters a helpless fall after performing it.
DMG: 13% USES: 1 Use REBOOT TIME: touch down on platform.

Final Smash – FINAL FUSION - Three "Light Pucks" swarm to Neku who holds his headphones. and in a burst of light he unleashes the Final Fusion Neku holds out his arm as the Skull from the player's pin appears and it glows white then blasts forward anyone hit by the skull will be marked with a white "X" a pillar of light will erupt from below that character dealing massive racking DMG and slowly bring them into the air- when the pillar of light goes out they recive big vertical knock back. other players can become trapped in these pillars of light as well.
DMG: 1%-65% (racking DMG)

Kirby Hat - Kirby sports a pair of headphones similar to Neku's and gains his Pyrokinesis Ability.


TAUNTS===================================

Taunt 1 – Neku holds his headphones and nods while tapping his foot.

Taunt 2 – Neku holds out a clenched fist and tosses his player pin into the air and lets it fall back into his hand and says: "Easy."

Taunt 3 – Shiki will appear translucent next to Neku and say "Neku, are you okay?" Neku will look at her and nod and She will run forward ready to fight and vanish.

OTACON: Oh, that's Neku Sakuraba.

SNAKE: ...Anything else?

OTACON: Hu? oh right, Neku is from Shibuya but more interestingly he is involved in what is called the Reapers' Game.

SNAKE: Reapers' Game... That sound interesting tell me more.

OTACON: Right, well from what I understand, the game is played with people who have died, the Reapers then give the players objectives to meet within a certain time limit, if they fail to meet the objective they are "Erased"

SNAKE: Erased!? That doesn't sound like a very good game.

OTACON: Well here's the kicker, If a Player wins the Reapers' Game, they are brought back to life!

SNAKE: So this kid Neku...

OTACON: See his hand Snake? the timer is counting down. he's a player.

SNAKE: I almost feel bad having to fight him. if he looses he could be erased.

OTACON: Maybe, but the fact is we just don't know what the Reapers' mission is for this game so maybe he won't be erased.

STAGE=====================================

SCRAMBLE CROSSING

Based on the real world location in Shibuya, Tokyo, Scramble Crossing is a location in the game The World Ends With You. This is a flat stage with a overhead network of traffic lights that players can stand on. these traffic lights will change if a green light appears on the traffic light facing the screen players should either get to a sidewalk, or jump onto the traffic lights as cars will race through the stage dealing DMG to anyone in their way. when the traffic lights turn red, what seems like hundreds of people will clog the streets, crossing to their destination obscuring the lower half of the screen- the hoards of people will eventually trickle away though making the stage clear to battle on again- just keep a look out for those traffic lights, they are there for a reason people.

NOTE: This stage has a secret Smash Taunt for Neku- using his player Pin he will send out a bubble that will make the stage grow darker- when pedestrians pass by on teh stage thought bubbles will appear randomly, commenting on what their plans are for the day, what video games they are interested in (based off of your system save files) and random thoughts on characters participating in the battle at hand- this Smash taunt will last through one wave of pedestrians.

SIDE NOTES=================================

ENTRANCE - Neku stands back to back with Shiki they turn towards each other and clasp their hands together making a burst of light emanate from their hands they have formed a pact. both Neku and Shiki enter fighting stance and Shiki fades away so Neku stands alone. (Shiki will assist in "A" based moves vanishing and reappearing with a green glow around her.)
