Spider-Man: No Way Home was an incredible movie experience as a Spider-Man fan. Seeing a return of familiar actors reprising their iconic roles from past movies was just a tip of the iceberg that was No Way Home’s grandeur. As expected, there have been rumours running wild suggesting that Sony and Marvel will revive the previous two Spider-Man film continuities, bring back Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield to continue their respective stories, hire Sam Raimi to wrap up his version of the story, etc. I wouldn’t be surprised, considering they want to milk their cash cow for all that it’s worth. For now, we are going on a creative journey to an alternate reality where Raimi’s cancelled Spider-Man 4 actually happened, leading a new Spidey trilogy and an expanded universe that Sony has sadly been failing to craft repeatedly. May contain spoilers for these books. PERCY JACKSON Percy Jackson: Percy’s first name is Perseus, named after the Greek hero. It comes from the Greek verb “perthein”, meaning “to destroy”. His name means “the destroyer”, perhaps referencing his alleged role in the Great Prophecy. His father Poseidon was known as the “Earth Shaker”, being the god of earthquakes. His mother deliberately named him after Perseus, who was the only major hero to have a happy ending. Jackson is a common surname, literally meaning “son of Jack”. Annabeth Chase: Annabeth’s name is a combination of Anna (“full of grace”) and Elizabeth (“My God is an oath”). This appears to reference her relationship with her mother Athena, who favours her. Lockdown from Covid-19 gave me a lot of time to think and develop unusual interests, such as the origins of locations. In this case, I decided to pursue a bizarre task of listing the etymology of every single train station in the London Underground. Don't ask me why, I just did it to pass the time and it took over a year to do, mainly out of negligence and wondering why on earth I started it. But, still I chose to get it finished and here we are. I thought about doing it in order of train lines, but the first attempt was a headache, so alphabetical order works better. I have an interest in history and the origins of words and places, so here we are. NOTE: I suspect there will be a few errors here and there, so if anyone with much more knowledge of both the Tube and its etymology, please drop a comment below. Compared to Rock-a-Doodle, which had the basic building blocks to rewrite with a more engaging story, A Troll in Central Park is like trying to find gold in a pile of toxic sludge. It is hard to believe that this saccharine nightmare was directed by Don Bluth of all people. How did he go from the remarkable, thought-provoking likes of The Secret of NIMH, to a babyish and often insulting movie like A Troll in Central Park. Aside from serviceable performance from Dom DeLuise and a delightful Cloris Leachman as the film’s hero and villain, the biggest problem with the film is that nothing happens. There is a set up, but that’s resolved in the first ten minutes, with no sense of stakes or emotional investment to carry us through the rest of the runtime. All of the characters are either undeveloped or extremely irritating. Our hero, the friendly troll Stanley, is way too sickeningly sweet and his one flaw is that he is cowardly. PHASE SIX – BACKGROUND OF THE TITANOMACHY Well, my friends, here we are. The grand finale of my Sonic Cinematic Universe – at least it was until I flesh out Phase Seven and beyond. This will be the Infinity War and Endgame of my little project, where the battles between the Freedom Fighters and Dr. Robotnik will feel small and trivial compared to the larger, intergalactic conflict going on far from Mobius, but their conflict with come to a decisive end. Thanks to Dark Gaia’s cry at the end of Phase Five, his godly siblings will awaken and begin to move towards Sonic’s world. There will be a lot happening in Phase Six, so we are going to cover some background details and events that will play out in the story. The phase will be moving away from Mobius and going out into the space, going to different planets and introducing new characters. I don’t want to overwhelm myself or readers with too much going on. PHASE FIVE Welcome to Phase Five of our Sonic Cinematic Universe. Originally, this was going to be the last phase, but I realised I still had many more stories to tell, so here we are. I wanted to use this phase to focus on characters who haven’t had much time in my project so far, wrap up some secondary subplots, and explore a few characters yet to be either focused on or introduced, before we carry on to what might be the grand finale. ANTOINE & BUNNIE Antoine D’Coolette is the only major member of the Freedom Fighters to get his own installment (apart from Amy), so it is high time he took the spotlight. Antoine’s time in a coma has left him severely weakened, as well as emotionally/mentally traumatised. His brief second wind depleted after defeating Ixis, so now Antoine is recovering, feeling distant from his friends. Though praised as a hero, Antoine doesn’t feel like one, struggling to cope with his past trauma. Though invited to meetings at Sally’s royal council, Antoine feels

We are reimagining Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memories as if it were a larger game with a larger story. I have no issues with the game being a rhythm action game, and it was wonderful to hear all the lovely tracks from across the franchise. But, I feel there is a lot more potential to the title. It does primarily serve as a Kingdom Hearts Coded-style game, revisiting past elements of Kingdom Hearts and build up the next exciting installments of the franchise. This is Kairi’s first game as the central character, but even then, she takes a backseat so to speak as she relives memories of the past, whilst all the playable characters are those from past games. Kairi remains a particularly underdeveloped character, despite being labelled as the lead heroine, and it was only until Kingdom Hearts III: Re:Mind that she became a playable character. Her character should not revolve entirely around her relationship with Sora. Instead, she should be explored more as a person, learning more about
