Breeding Rules of Everlasting Stables

So it has come to my attention that I clearly need to write up some rules and regulations of animals that come from my stables. I've had to deal with sneaky individuals and I had some I didn't have to worry about. However, for either case I feel that having this written up will make things all the more clear and should things go sour, then I'll have this to fall back upon and prove the blunder that was committed.
If these rules are broken depending on the offense, the stable in question will be blacklisted from any future breeding slots.
(and possibly further punishment such as reclaiming the foal/pup if able)

RULES - For Horses from my stables
1. Breeding images ARE NOT REQUIRED unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Preferably fullbody but a shaded headshot would suffice.
2. I get a slot to the foal if bred from one of my horses. Unless I state otherwise.
3. If you plan on selling the foal/horse, please let me know ahead of time in case I wish to buy it from you.
4. If the foal is born within my stables, it must have the suffix "ELS" at the beginning of the show name. (not including EB's)
5. You may gift away your purchased slot if you have good reason for doing so.
6. Please do not decease the foal/horse without good reason. If you do not wish to keep the horse anymore then I'll offer to buy it back for a fair price.
7. The foal may be similiar to the parents, but not exact please.
8. There's no deadline to use the breeding slot. But if it's not been used in a year, I will politely remind you.
9. I will always assume the dam or sire owner (if used) be given a slot to the resulting foal. Until told otherwise.

2. If breeding a female dog of mine, I require the suffix be "ELS" at the beginning of the animal's show name.
3. I require one pup from the litter (unless it's just one pup born). Where I will request 2nd pick (you pick one pup, then I pick one pup, etc) unless stated otherwise if I choose not to select a pup.
4. Preferably do not decease the dog, if you do not wish to keep it, please offer a fair price for it or gift it back.
5. Inform me if you sell the dog to someone else. I'd like to keep track of where they are going.
6. There is no deadline to use the breeding slot to the dog selected. But if not used in a year, I will politely remind you.
7. Dogs must have two full titles before being allowed to breed. (at the very least)
