Wooo cool avatar!

Hello, I would like to ask You about the current situation of the Argentievetri's Saphrai breed group. I was away from dA for some years and now, I would like to continue being involved with these interesting horses. I am trying to contact Argentievetri or someone else from the group and so far you seem to be the most active 'former member' of the group. Do you know something about the breed's creator and the breed's current status, please? Do you think it possible for me to help re-establishing the breed, so that it once again becomes active? I know a lot of horse breeds went 'extinct' over the last few years, some were deleted completely (as I found out), and I wonder if I could be of any help in avoidind such destiny for the Saphrais. I really like them. :)

Thank You in advance for your answer. Have a very nice day. :)

I do not really know. It's been 4 years since anyone posted any artwork in the group. So, I think it's safe to say the breed is either very inactive, or possibly even dead. There has not been any new imports either. The last one was made 6 years ago.

Hi, Thanks for your answer. Do you think there is a chance to restore it ? And if yes, what would you recommend me to do ? Would it help, for example, to submit new artwork into the group's folders and try to find other players with Saphrai horses who would like to do the same ?

The absence of new imports is indeed troublesome, but I think it need not to be an obstacle, not for the start at least. There were some Saphrai imports, we do not lack 'starter' horses, and I think it would be sufficient for the time being - to breed second, or third generation, over time. :) I don't think it impossible to accomplish - if those interested tried.

Um...well there is no guarantee. As I am not a admin in the group. But maybe submitting some artwork of your Saph's and maybe posting a journal or something into the group to get ahold of any active Saph owners would be something that may help. At least just a little.
