Adopted them from @Yoriden  however, according to the mods he actually orginates from @StrategistAnon 's ranch, who then in turn got him from the It's Pancaaaaaaaaake Time!!! Event.
The receipt 
He tastes like whipped cream, maple syrup, strawberry syrup, blueberries and pancakes, depending on what part of his hat you wanna eat.
Slurpy gets mildly annoyed whenever someone eats a part of his dripping goodness.
Owns a pancake restaurant called Ohip, he was given the suggestion by a friendly Joltik as he was waiting in line to be adopted. Since then he's been patiently waiting to be reffed to finally open the pancake place of his dreams! For a while he hesitated to be reffed as he had some mild self-confidence issues of being an unloved RARITY of all things, but was thrilled to find that he IS loved and his new trainer will gladly help him achieve his dreams
He hired Acro before getting himself reffed as he loved both her colors and her foodie love, and she's just a bit annoyed he took so long to be reffed and ready to open to the public. As a consequence she's been doing multiple test runs with the other ranch Pokemon and cooking fried foods and burgers to munch on.
By the gentle encouragement of Acro he hesitently entered a Master Chef Cooking Contest, with great doubt of his cooking abilities. However, he won the contest and earned himself the master chef ribbon which he now proudly displays in a frame where everyone who enters can see! It gave him a needed confidence boost that he is a good cook and businessman! Now he's officially a proud and good cook!

UPDATE: have been told that this child's actually been to many more ranches than those two. Oh jeeze, poor Slurpy :>
