Welcome Shamrock!

Trainer Log: When I granted him permission to open up a casino, his back jaw laughed as his eyes lit up with opportunity. I set some ground rules so no one gets too addicted, and he shook my hand and said he'd turn around our  financial troubles with Doug.

Shamrock owns the only casino in Las Zia, called The Lucky Shaymin. Many a Pokemon and human alike have wasted away here, one more try, let's do this again. Shamrock uses this as a front for more insidious affairs, unknown to the trainers of the town. If you owe him money, he will go after you, and he will collect his debts, one way or another.
The way Shamrock runs the place, many are too afraid to cross him. He'll claim that he's never harm a soul, while his maw smiles. He carries a golden coin that he flips as he monitors the casino, always watching, smiling.

According to his last trainer:
The luckiest pupper in the land. For Shamrock every coin lands heads and every hand is a full house. Its definitely his luck and not any kind of cheating what so ever.
