He's a heart breaker and a thief. While a heroic, noble Eevee, he has a tendency to steal many things, like kisses, snuggles, and your heart. He'll defend those he loves and will cut the heroics and become underhanded. While on an adventure, he found a proud Jolteon who shared his views. While they won't see each other again, he considers the fellow thief a fatherly figure. He learned how to steal, sneak, and be an absolute charmer. 
And he finds he likes being charming and slick.  He loves kissing and snuggling his fellow People and Pokemon and watching them blush and smile at their words.
