Storm Warning in Effect Until Further Notice

This is not a test, I repeat, this is not a test. A violent storm has been detected in your area. You are advised to shelter in place. Gather all food, water, medical supplies and a battery-powered or hand-crank radio and stay tuned until further notice for updates on this dangerous situation.

Sabrina commands 3 of her farmers to use Sunny Day as they fetch Doug and a pair of wind Winguls who are miles outside of the city. With Oreo's help she gathers them all and drives back home as the storm can no longer be held back. Poppy, Ristra and Cherries all take shelter top if the mountain, tired. Everyone is safe as they wait for the storm to pass.

As someone who loves listening to EAS scenarios, this event was my jam! I went all out on that background and it nearly took all month! But luckily it did and I'm proud of how this turned out!

Level up! Poppy, Cherries and Ristra gain 1 chibi, (1) + 1 shading (2) + 1 BG (2) + 4 event levels + 2 trainer levels + 4 wild Pokemon (Wingull) levels = 15 levels

Oreo gains 1 partial (1)+ 1 shading (2) + 1 BG (2) + 4 event levels + 2 trainer levels + 4 wild Pokemon (Wingull) levels = 15 levels

Doug Dimmodale gains 1 FB (2)+ 1 shading (2) + 1 BG (2) + 4 event levels + 2 trainer levels + 4 wild Pokemon (Wingull) levels = 16 levels
His hat was at home so it wouldn't fly away
