She's .6m and not .5m like other Murkrow. Very big girl

Before...
Her first name is from the fact that crows are seen as shady, crafty and cruel animals (tho Shade herself isn't cruel). She's the ranch's head detective and if need be, technically also a Sheriff. However, Shade leaves arresting to the ranch's guards, as its just her jobs to investigate any weird happenings as well as any mysterious crimes. She loves her job.
Very early in her career she decided to recruit Nevermore, a Murkrow with a reputation of getting the dirt on every and all Pokemon. She can see that there is some good in him, and gives him a chance. As a result, Nev tries to solve things fairly, although he still keeps it to himself how he would get everyone's dirty secrets.
To try and not stretch themselves too thinly, Shade also recruits the Murkrow/Mimikyu cross everyone calls Discord. While Discord's random bursts of laughter disturbs many, Shade can see him always takes notes of everything and sees that he would be very helpful on gathering evidence and noticing things, very good qualities of a detective! Discord really appreciates Shade for this.

Now...
Due to unforeseen events in Jhoto, she and the Murkrow crew receive late news of the goings on with their home. Consequently, when they finally come home, they find a kangaroo court, and with Shade's nature she vows to get to the bottom of the mystery.
Her greatest frustration is never finding the elusive Perry. Its a mystery that stumped everyone.
