The receipt

Before...
Derek wants to be a big boi, because he's such a tiny boi. (he's 2 ft while other Dratini are typically nearly 6 feet big). LET HIM BE A BIG SNEK.
He likes to ride on Pinch's back
Derek's sorta become a grumpy snek who grumpily trains other Pokemon to be strong. He would have liked only knowing his starter moves, but some idiot provoked him and now that's no longer the case. He won't teach status-affecting moves, especially Taunt. And ever since he was provoked into Dragon Rage he will grumpily learn moves to teach other Dragons what to do.
Is from the same ranch as Iris, Onika, and Doodles. He's the oldest of them, and other than probably teaching them moves Derek doesn't associate them, as he is, after all, a very grumpy old man. He doesn't HAVE "FRIENDS."

Never again, no.... except he seems to be growing attached to Pinch...... And fellow move tutor Blaz...

Now...

Derek seems to notice things within himself. Gaps of memory, but not from being old, but from the fact that some things disappear. The old man knows there are things at play with the Outsiders and doesn't trust any of them a lick.
