Before...
She works in the hospital and takes care of patients who's attitude is cruel or mean. Because most Pokemon respect the medics, she doesn't have to step in too often, but is quick to defend others.

Now...

She won't stop her healthcare work. Same stuff, different location, in her opinion. But she hears whispers from the patients about the goings on, so keeps an ear out to stay informed.
