July Challenge - A Pirate's Life for Me!

This month we all, collectively, say ARRRRRGH!

We challenge you to create riveting works depicting pirates! Sea battles, tropical islands, parrots, eye-patches and swashbuckling rogues - what else do you think of when you think "pirate"? Surprise us - we are, as always, extremely curious to see how far you will stretch the bounds of your creativity!
RULES

Please state in the description clearly that your work is created for this challenge. Works without such disclaimer will be moved to the general July folder.

Besides that, all the standard rules apply:

Don't forget to credit all stock used and use only legitimate stock!

You get deviations from other members, who gave
permission for us to use and make it into a version as we would see it.
You will still be judged according to your skill level.
You can't change your skill level at will.
The deviation you pick must be added in the description
where you add our group icon and contest name.

Super Hero or Villain CONTEST STARTS July 1, 2019

Superhero or Villain Contest, where you create and choose your character, either a Superhero or a Villain!

RULES
1) At Least 30 participants or over to keep contest active
2) Start 7/1/2019 and End 10/1/2019
3) Has to be NEW artwork, either PhotoManipulation or Drawing.
4) When contest ends on 10/1/2019, people on DA will vote their first place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and one honorable mention
5) No DA watermarks, can use your own, but make sure that we can see your artwork with no interuptions
6) Cannot vote for yourself, but can vote for others in the contest
7) Must make artwork look like a comic cover (this contest is only for fun), be creative! This is for fun!
8) Character can be a fairy, elf, Monster, whatever you want it to be, but original, your own creation
9) Stocks you use for your artwork has to be legal and not copyrighted and/or stolen
10) Must credit all stocks used with links in description p

We're officially back with Monthly Challenges, in a new and improved form: with more prizes and even more enthusiasm for your awesome works! This month's theme: fairytales! We challenge you to illustrate your favourite childhood story (or just one that you think is cool). Is it Little Red Riding Hood? Cinderella? Sleeping Beauty? Or maybe a story from your country or town that you'd like to share with the world?
As always, we can't wait to see what you come up with!

The idea.

Hi Everyone! So there is just under two weeks for you to get your entries in! I would like to take this time to let you know, that if your partner BAILED on you but you got your part done, feel free to re-pair!
Note that all of the parings down there in the comments are not written in stone. It is not even required to "Sign Up" for the contest, I just keep track of people who want to be paired and well people decided they wanted to sign up, so I made a list.
