So updating this because it's been quite a while since my last update, but anyways I recently got back from a horse show in BC and it was fanfuckingtastic, my horse was perfect the whole too weeks and it was super fun hanging out with my trainer and some of the people from my barn. Also took a whole bunch of pictures, including a big Grand Prix which I probably will be putting up here since they came out pretty good. So Sled Island was mind blowing yesterday. I was at the main stage from 12:30 to 10:30 and saw a whole list of amazing bands including: The Black Lips, The Bronx, NoMeansNo, Big Business, Melvins, Hot Water Music and Dinosaur Jr. NoMeansNo were probably my favorite of the bunch, they sounded fantastic and were just so much fun considering their age. They are definitely a band everyone needs to see once in their lifetime. Melvins had a great set, though I was bit disappointed they didn't play Boris since they sound checked it.
