This is an illustration for Star Trek: Stellar Cartography. Created as part of the book review project who is made by "StarTrekisIncredible" 
Its also my entry to the "Ships of the line" Calendar contest. This image is part in the 2016 Calendar.
After the destruction of Romulus and Remus by the Hobus Supernova in 2387 the survivors of the Star Navy meet at Rator III. Is this a new Homeworld for the romulan people?

I am incredibly interested in see more of this review of yours, I have been seeing it all over DeviantART but there is so little info on it unfortunately.
And great work Euderion, love the different ships in different positions indicating new arrives and others already standing guard.
