Ten random facts you don't really want to know about me (2019 update):

1. I love the aesthetics of the occult and mystical, but I actually am a complete rationalist

2. My biggest dream would be to live in an old castle or - even better - in an ancient church rearranged as a cosy home

3. I often struggle to find the right balance between my artistic activities and my job as a scientist (I am a researcher in cognitive psychology)

4. I am misophonic, meaning that I can't stand certain kinds of sounds (especially mouth noises, they drive me crazy)

5. Music is my main source of inspiration, it brings images to my mind

6. I never sleep well and I make very weird dreams, which are my second source of inspiration

7. I spent most of my life between the mountains in the south of France, but I also lived a little in Scotland and in the US

8. I may possess a kind of "Dorian Gray" portrait of me, on which I get fatter, and fatter, and fatter…

9. I am fascinated by evolutionary biology and phylogenetics, hence my obsession for natural history museums

10. My need to constantly write lists is a consequence of the obsessional-side of my personality
