I received in the end thats what matter

But to be honest i was expecting some kind of tutorials, like step by step, but instead i only found drawings on all pages

Yes, it's not a "how to draw" book, it's a sketchbook, I'm sorry if you were disappointed to not find more tutorials, but that's not really what those books are all about. They're meant to be a visual library to help inspire and springboard your imagination in your own work...
