Sandman is a supervillain with the ability to shapeshift and use sand based superpowers. Flint Marko is a tragic and sympathetic criminal who is desperate to raise money for himself. One day, he accidentally fell into an area that involves with a particle accelerator that bonded him with sand at the molecular level, and his flesh would also turn into sand as well. Now that he has changed, Sandman would go on to use his sand based powers to do evil plans like stealing money from banks and terrorizing the city.
