Biography:
Maynard Tiboldt is Ringmaster, a powerless yet excellent criminal mastermind and Austrian-American citizen who is known for hypnotizing his victims by using his mind controlling top hat that allows him to take complete control over their actions and forces them to cause all kinds of trouble while being the founding leader of The Circus Of Crime which are a group of circus themed supervillains using all of their abilities in disguise of performances in order to steal the joy of the audience only for their profit gain and power.

However, Ringmaster does have some insecurities aside from his talents including his cowardly attitude and his fear of spiders when it comes to engaging in a fight with Spider-Man and he believed he must do everything he can to not let the costumed superhero stop him from his dirty or else he and his Circus Of Crime will end up in failure.
