Netflix's Spider-Man 2: The Spider Slayer

Biography:
Alistair Smythe is the Spider Slayer, a supervillain and scientist who has described himself as an experimental weapon wanting to defeat and destroy Spider-Man only due to his jealousy and hatred towards the wall-crawler while avenging the loss of his father Spencer when they have been finding many ways to capture or take down the superhero over time.

He became this sick and twisted monster when he was studying about arachnids while replicating their dna and abilities into a serum he can inject himself with in order to gain the similar powers Spider-Man has but it also causes him to have horrifying mutations and grotesque changes to the point where he grew four extra spider legs on his back, eight black eyes above and below his face, several spikes on his limbs, razor yet retractable claws on his five fingers and two toes, and a few mandibles on his cheeks and chin that are fueled with acid.

Not only has Alistair changed physically but also changed mentally where he no longer feels human and starts to have the behavior of an actual arachnid looking out to hunt and then kill Spider-Man since he sees him as his so called prey and won't stop at nothing until the hero is dead at his feet in order to get all the attention and to warn the citizens that he is the one they should be feared while claiming himself to be superior than the web-slinger as well as planning to let his own kind to dominate the humab race so that no spider themed hero could ever replace or stop him from continuing his hunt for hunger and power.
