Netflix's Spider-Man 2: The Prowler/Hobie Brown

Biography:
Hobie Brown is a mechanic and martial artist who has a knack for technical skills and design while also dreaming of wanting to become relevant and to save other people he loved. When he saw innocent people like him were getting mistreated the most, robbed and abused out of their own neighborhood, he decided to do something about it, even if it meant put himself in harms way. Hobie wanted to strike fear into the hearts of those who are treated like trash along with creating a costume that features a green spanex bodysuit, a large light green symbol on his chest, purple gloves with retractable claws and boots, a purple full face mask with black eye markings on it, a long purple cape for gliding, and a purple belt as well as inventing weapons and gadgets like his gauntlets that allow him to crawl on walls and shooting out energy projectiles because he is self aware about not having any powers and would go out under the identity known as The Prowler who is another costumed vigilante destined to fight evil around the streets of New York City and to use the fear on his enemies so that he will make the whole city better and safe again.

The Prowler would later become an ally to Spider-Man since the web swinging superhero is his inspiration or his idol to look up to and that he promised not to go too far and being the better man to stand up what it is right and to never give up.
