Netflix's Spider-Man 2: Speed Demon/James Sanders

Biography:
James Sanders was a disgruntled and ill-minded chemist who was pulled from the science community but continued his work illegally. He injected himself with an experimental serum that he worked on along with gaining other abilities like his body to vibrate and intangible through solid walls but it also causes him to go insane and mischievous which lead him to become the supervillain known as Speed Demon while planning to get revenge not only on those who did him wrong but to get rid the rest of innocent lives by obliterating them into pieces using nothing but his super speed so that no one could ever stop him and let him get away quickly with his crimes.

When Speed Demon had came across Spider-Man for the first time, he was too overconfident to think about taking down the web-slinger but was oblivious that his weaknesses are his big ego and his insanity. Knowing that Spider-Man couldn’t keep up with the speedster, he decided to use defeat by using his intelligence smarter just to make sure that his enemy will slow down and never be running again.
