Biography:
Martin Li or better known as Mister Negative is a supervillain and crime boss who is the founding leader of the Inner Demons, a criminal organization being infamous for their activities involved in drug trades and illegal gambling.

It's unclear on how Mister Negative got his powers but he what does know is that he is capable of corrupting individuals by unleashing and afflicting people with negative energy where they are physically weakened and mentally scarred. His power can go so far as the petrify people and he’s even able to amplify weapons with the power.
