Netflix's Spider-Man 2: Hydro-Man/Morris Bench

Biography:
Morris Bench is a man who had a history of anger problems going back to his past days when he was having been coming in and out of jail due to minor crimes he must have committed. As the years go by, he went throughout college at Empire State University where he not only studied about working on a cargo ship with a crew for a living but he also used to be an ex boyfriend dating with Mary Jane Watson since they both young adults but she later broke up with him because of his big obsession with her in which she find very disturbing.

At some time later, Morris began working as a sailor on a cargo ship with the other crew until one day he had discovered a device in which he thought he and his coworkers it was just something to use for cleaning out pollution the water but it actually turns out to be a experimental generator that led him fall into an accident where he got exposed to the radiation levels of energy and causes him to mutate his entire body into liquid as well as gaining water based superpowers.

His consciousness was still there so that he was able to pull himself together and even expand upon himself by being part of a large body of water anywhere in the world. However, the power got to his head and he develops a God complex while seeing his new purpose in his miserable life along with becoming as a supervillain known as Hydro-Man who will unleashed all of his deathly water-based abilities like creating floods and tidal waves on citizens so he can watch the innocents drown to death in misery and to finally force Mary Jane to get back with him by mentally manipulating her.

Hydro-Man eventually met the web swinging superhero Spider-Man who would make him his perfect target to defeat since he clearly understands that the costumed hero's big weakness is water but little did he know that he won't last long once the cold will catch up on him and end his days.
