Netflix's Spider-Man 2: Hobgoblin/Rod Kingsley

Biography:
Roderick Kingsley is an elderly man who was a former fashion designer trying to come clean from his dark past and connections until his spotlight was stolen from a rival designer. However, that is when the evil spirit from the Goblin Totem that once possessed Norman Osborn found its way to Kingsley and he suffered through the same split personality that he had developed but way more worse. While the Green Goblin was a mad genius and calculating killer, this new humanoid Goblin was a pure monster.

Kingsley also suffered from a hideously monstrous mutation that made his skin yellow and his eyes blood red. He became known as Hobgoblin, gaining superpowers including strength, speed, durability, reflexes, and enhanced senses, as well as claws and fangs. He had a similar attire to the original goblin but with different colors and a hooded cloak while still having similar weapons or gadgets including the glider, pumpkin bombs to blow up things, and even uses a fire sword to burn down building and is also willing to do anything to control his victims as his own slaves.
