Ben 10 Awakening AU: Phil Billings

Phil Billings is one of the recurring antagonists of the Ben 10 Awakening AU. He is a egotistical, arrogant, greedy, selfish, judgemental and violent human male who is the founder of The Plumbers which are a non-governmental human based group of agents and their main purpose is to hunt down and kill all the aliens by using a variety of advanced weapons and gadgets without a care while keeping the human race safe on Earth by preventing them from interfering or learning about those so called "enemies" in their own views including his. Phil really despises all aliens regardless of their behaviors, origins, cultures, or home planets and he especially wished that more life far from Earth shouldn't exist along with forcing people to believe in anything at all. When Phil met the young hero Ben Tennyson for the first time while discovering the truth about him using the Omnimatrix to turn into the alien warriors just to fight crime and save innocents, he decided he wanted to get rid of the watch since he sees it as a threatening weapon rather than a defense device to humanity. Despite Ben repeatedly telling him the watch is stuck, he will keep doing anything to have it remove and destroy it, even if it mean taking a child's life while using the ten year old boy only for his xenophobic and bigoted gain in any means necessary.

Phil appears to be an elderly man who has grey hair, brown eyes, light skin, a full beard, a big scar between one of his eyelids, and muscular due to lifting weights. His outfit features a plumber uniform which is a blueish grey jumpsuit with a few adjustments including a zipper and straps all wrapped around his limbs, black gloves, black boots, a utility belt that has pockets filled with gadgets and energy based ammo for his pulsar cannon, a small badge with a tiny glowing red beam, a classic alien head design with a red stop sign over it which represents anti alien supremacy, and a black ponytail holder which can hold his hair in a ponytail.
