Di quell'amor ch'é palpito (In that throbbing love) is sung in the opera La Traviata (an opera by Guiseppe Verdi). Alfredo Germont(the main male character) sings to Violetta Valery, a famed courtesan, professing his love for her and she at first tells him to find love eleswhere but then gives him a camellia and tells him to return when the flower has wilted.

This in part was inspired by a print I have hanging on my wall and listening to this opera with Luciano Pavarotti. Thank you for viewing this :)
