Time has passed, so I'm back to not being over it. I'm back to being irritated at this dumb apple horse for not even acknowledging what Silverlay made herself so emotionally vulnerable to say. If she doesn't feel that way about Silverlay--though the beginning of the comic implies she does--that's fine; I'd certainly be the last person to condemn that. But I know she cares about Silverlay. Whether philia or eros, there's no doubt she cares about Silverlay. So she owes her at minimum a "Sorry, I just don't feel that way about you" and preferably an "I wish I could be the pony you want me to be" if she doesn't feel that way. She owes her more than carelessly dropping her heart on the cold, hard ground.
