Prices are for one character/creature, so a picture with two characters will double the price.
Sketches: 10€ / 13USD
Lineart: 17€ / 22USD
Digital flat colors: 20€ / 26USD
Shading, possibly with background: 30€ / 39USD and up, depends on the complexity of your request. I can use both traditional and digital tools, it's your choice.

Thought I'd try to get a little more money to support this poor artist and her dog, and to get reasons to draw more too. : D
